Reynolds Landing
Fortis was contracted by Linger Longer to update the water and sewer infrastructure associated with Reynolds Landing. Due to the unprecedented growth of the development, nearly 85 percent of the development’s existing infrastructure was redesigned and rebuilt.
The $3-million system, built by Fortis, consists of nearly 65,000 linear feet of pipeline, which carries wastewater from the surrounding homes using individual grinder pumps as well as a series of submersible pumping stations. The wastewater is then treated at the Carey Station Plant and reused to irrigate the surrounding area including Reynolds Landing’s award winning golf course.
